Shipping Times

Sneark.art.el offers Worldwide Tracked Shipping. After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within about 1-6 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking number.

We work with the best shipping courier. DHL, Seur, UPS and Correos Express.

SPAIN:
- Express Shipping Delivery 24h-72h.

- Standard Delivery 3-10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Express Shipping Delivery 48h-72h.

- Standard Delivery 6-20 Business Days (depending destination customs)**

Sneark.art.el guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 6 weeks, please send us an email at [email protected] or [email protected] with your order number and we will issue a full refund.

Free Shipping

- Free Domestic Shipping on orders over 60€ to Spain.

- Free International Shipping on orders over 99€ to the rest of the Globe.

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL,

meaning that we don’t accept returns.

What happens if my package is lost?

It may happens and although it is out of our control, we guarantee a compensation of 80% of the purchase value (does not includes the shipping cost) for the package lost.

Please, check your ADDRESS TWICE, because we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, undeliverable address or you didn't pick up it in time and in consequence, it is returned to us. (we also have to pay the return) Sneark.art.el is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We are happy to ship your package again to another address but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs for the reshipment.

* Order can't be changed (Name/Phone/ZIP Code/Address) or cancelled once the package is shipped out!
